Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the review response services ("Service") provided by NoVacancy ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do

We respond to Google Business Profile reviews on your behalf. This includes responding to all existing unanswered reviews and all new reviews going forward, for as long as your subscription is active.

2. Account Access

To perform the Service, you will add our designated Google account as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You retain full ownership and administrative control of your profile at all times. We will only use this access to read and respond to reviews. We will never modify your business information, hours, photos, or any other profile content unless you explicitly request it in writing.

3. Review Responses

All review responses are written by our team and posted on your behalf. While we strive for professional, on-brand responses, you are ultimately responsible for all content published on your Google Business Profile.

You may request edits to or removal of any response we write at any time, and we will action that request within 24 hours.

We will never do any of the following in a review response: admit fault or legal liability on your behalf, offer refunds, discounts, or financial compensation, make promises or commitments you have not authorized, or argue with or antagonize a reviewer.

4. Escalation of Sensitive Reviews

If a review contains any of the following, we will not respond and will instead immediately notify you by email: threats of legal action or lawsuits, allegations of discrimination or harassment, health or safety complaints, threats of violence, or any content we believe requires your direct attention or legal counsel.

We are not responsible for the outcome of any review we flag and escalate to you. How you handle escalated reviews is entirely your decision.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from: a reviewer's reaction to a response we post, any business decisions a third party makes based on your reviews or our responses, any claim that a response we wrote was inaccurate or inappropriate, or any action taken by Google regarding your profile or reviews.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

6. No Legal, Marketing, or Professional Advice

Our Service is limited to writing review responses. We do not provide legal advice, marketing strategy, reputation management consulting, or any other professional service. If a review raises legal concerns, we recommend you consult a licensed attorney.

7. Confidentiality

We will not share your Google Business Profile credentials or account access with any third party outside of our operational team. We will not disclose your business information, review data, or any details of our engagement to third parties without your consent.

8. Payment and Billing

The Service is billed at $200 per month, charged automatically via Stripe. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: we will stop responding to new reviews immediately, you may request that we remove our manager access from your Google Business Profile (or you can remove it yourself at any time), and responses already posted will remain on your profile unless you choose to delete them. No refunds are issued for partial months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoVacancy, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your Google Business Profile or its content, any dispute between you and a reviewer, any misrepresentation of your business in information you provided to us, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
